1. Who we are

Dearshot acts as the data controller for the account and collaboration metadata needed to provide the service.

2. Data we process

Dearshot may process your name, email address, profile image, locale preferences, album metadata, sharing permissions, and technical logs used for support and security.

3. Why we process data

We use this data to authenticate users, connect Google Drive, manage album permissions, organize moments, improve reliability, and provide support and security.

4. Google authentication and Google Drive access

Dearshot uses Google Sign-In to access your account and may request Google Drive permissions so it can create and manage the dedicated Dearshot folder in your Drive. We only request the access needed to operate Dearshot features.

5. Storage and permissions

Photos and videos remain in your own Google Drive. Dearshot stores account, album, and moment metadata to run the service, and Google Drive permissions are configured to match the sharing roles managed inside Dearshot.

6. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect metadata and sessions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and controls

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. You can also revoke Dearshot access in your Google account settings at any time.

8. Contact

For privacy or data requests, contact us at support@dearshot.com from the email address linked to your account.
